Shipping Policy
Free shipping on orders over $75 - $8 Flat Rate shipping. (If package weight is less than $8, the difference will be refunded.) Currently we are shipping Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please allow 1 - 3 business days from date of purchase, for us to pack and ship your order. Once shipped your order should arrive within 2 - 5 business days. Please keep in mind once shipped and with the courier, we are not responsible for their delays but will make every effort to assist.
Return Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us at support@skyemoonscents.com so we can make it right. Customers may contact us about any order delivered within the past 30 days, and we will complete a resolution regarding the issue with your order in no more than 14 business days of your initial email to us.
